Routine
     Maximum in 3 days. This depends on our work load. We will aim to give you a quote within 24hrs whenever possible. Otherwise we will give you a quote in no longer than 3 days.


Rush
     For customer who are in a rush. If our work load is such that we can quote/fix your laptop/pc within 24 Hrs You will be informed of this possibility. Otherwise there will be extra charge for rush repair (minimum of $30 and maximum of $80) on top of normal prize. This charge is to cover our technicians working overtime.

Turn around time
     It is between 5-7days. It only takes longer if there is a back order on the part. In such case we will inform you before hand.

Warranty
     Unless otherwise stated, all repairs come with a 90 days warranty, from the date of invoice. If the repair fails within 90 DAYS, you will receive FREE SERVICE or FULL REFUND at our discretion for the ORIGINAL PROBLEM ONLY

     For your convenience we can also pick up and deliver at the following fee.
